As we welcome the New Year, we ask you to remember the historical city of Kyrenia, the capital of the Northern part of the Republic of Cyprus occupied by Turkish troops since July 20, 1974.

- 1,700 years of Christianity
A Christian European city, now a Muslim conquest, and all churches remain silent waiting for liberation.
