The time to demand Freedom and Justice for Cyprus is now!

Dear Friends,

  

Today, H.E. Archbishop Elpidophoros will bring more than 500 Greek American leaders to the White House to celebrate and recognize Greek Independence from the Ottoman Empire.  

  

We remind everyone that a piece of Hellenism, 36% of the Republic of Cyprus is under occupation by Turkish troops.  Both Greece and Cyprus are long-standing allies and strategic partners of America.  The time to demand Freedom and Justice for Cyprus is now!  

  

The Greek American community, first in education and second in income, has made immeasurable contributions to America.  It’s time to demand that the spirit of 1821 bring Freedom and Justice to Cyprus.
