Turkey’s illegal invasion of July 20, 1974 and continued 50 year occupation of 36% of the Republic of Cyprus MUST END!

The upcoming Geneva meetings of March 17^th and 18^th under the direction of UN Secretary General, Mr. Antonio, Guteres, must pave the way to bring an end to the 50 plus years of an illegal occupation.

 

The International Coordinating Committee Justice for Cyprus (PSEKA), applauds and supports the efforts of President Nikos Christodoulides to achieve a positive outcome, and his commitment to reject any proposal for a two state solution.

 

We remind UN Secretary General Guteres that any solution should not segregate Cypriot citizens on the basis of ethnicity, language or religion.

 

The Republic of Cyprus, an equal member of the European Union, should be able to provide the same rights and Democratic values enjoyed by all European citizens!
