In Memoriam: Andreas Charalambides (1946 – 2020)

The International Coordinating Committee Justice for Cyprus (PSEKA) mourns the passing of Andreas Charalambides, one of its long-time supporters in Toronto, Canada.

Andreas, who served in the Cypriot National Guard during the brutal Turkish invasion of 1974, immigrated with his wife, Athina to Canada, worked hard, raised two wonderful children and dedicated extensive time and effort to the Greek Cypriot community of Toronto.

PSEKA salutes his dedication and commitment to the struggle of the Cypriot people for Freedom and Justice. He joins the ranks of so many others who fought for freedom and died with the dream of seeing a free Cyprus.

We, the members and supporters of PSEKA, have promises to keep and miles to go before freedom comes to Cyprus!

The work goes on,
The hope endures and
The dream of a free Cyprus
Will never die!
